I began my career in gene therapy as a biotech scientist, drawn to work that once lived more in imagination than in reality. Biology made it tangible. Systems made it rigorous.

I later moved into global program and portfolio leadership, partnering across functions and countries in regulated environments where ideas had to hold under operational and regulatory pressure.

Large, meaningful impact does not happen in isolation. It takes coordinated expertise, shared reasoning, and teams willing to build something together that none could build alone.

Today, my work integrates neuroscience, art, and systems leadership to design structured environments where ambitious ideas move from concept to durable execution.
